Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, I do. I travel for weddings anywhere in Norway and abroad. Travel costs are 7 NOK per km for locations more than 30 minutes outside Oslo.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, I can help you choose a beautiful location and plan your engagement session. Thanks to my travels around Norway, I know many scenic spots, and I’m happy to suggest locations based on your vision and preferences.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the session are free of charge.

Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before the session are charged 50% of the agreed price.

Cancellations less than 14 days before the session are non-refundable, except in serious or unforeseen circumstances, which will be considered individually.

Rescheduling is always possible depending on availability.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All packages include high-resolution digital images. On request, I also offer professional prints and photo albums. Pricing is available upon request.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

No, clients usually arrange videography themselves, but I’m happy to coordinate with your videographer if needed.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes, absolutely. I prefer natural and candid moments, but I’m always happy to include your ideas and requests during the session.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, we can meet or have a call before the session to go through your ideas, expectations, and details - especially for weddings.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

You will receive your final edited photos within 14 days after the session.
